At BellaBoo, we want you to absolutely love every purchase — from the first unboxing to the last giggle and twirl. If something isn’t quite right, our refund policy is here to guide you through how to make it right.

Refund Eligibility

We accept returns for a full refund on full-priced items within 14 days of purchase.

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• All original tags must be attached and the product must be in its original packaging.

• A sales receipt or gift receipt must be included with your return.

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once your item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.

Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items

Because of their special nature, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale or clearance merchandise

• Holiday and seasonal items

• Birthday-themed items

• Special orders

• Hats, bows, and hair accessories

• Photo props

These items help us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and care for our littlest customers — thank you for understanding.

How to Send a Return

You may ship eligible returns back to us using USPS, UPS, or FedEx at your own expense.

Please package your item securely to protect it in transit. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping.

Condition & Discretion

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items showing signs of wear, use, washing, or damage may be declined at our discretion.

If a return is rejected for these reasons, the item will not be sent back to you.
