At BellaBoo, we do our very best to make sure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition — because we know how exciting it is to open a box of little-one magic! Please review our shipping details below.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During busy seasons (like the holidays), please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $125

  • Flat-rate shipping on all other orders (calculated at checkout)

  • We currently ship within the continental U.S. only

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready (usually within 24–48 hours).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing every BellaBoo order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 1 day of delivery so we can make it right.

To report an issue:

  1. Email us at info@bellabooonline.com with your order number.

  2. Include a photo of the item and packaging showing the damage or error.

  3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Please note: Claims received after 1 day of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once shipped, BellaBoo is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If tracking shows a delay or loss, please contact the carrier directly. We’re always happy to assist however we can!

Holiday Shipping Tip

To make sure gifts arrive on time, we recommend placing holiday orders by December 15th.
